Valorant Ranked release date: Riot Games update as new system rolls out: UPDATE: The new Valorant Ranked System has rolled out on North America servers and will hit EU servers in the coming hours. A message from Riot Games confirms as much, telling fans: "In the next 30 minutes we're going to turn ranked on in North America. If all goes well there, we'll turn ranked on in Europe after the hotfix patch (so after 9:30AM CEST on May 1). "We also... reserve the right to turn off ranked at any time if things get weird." The Valorant Ranked System should be live in both regions by 3pm, GMT, on May 1, 2020. ORIGINAL: Valorant Ranked Mode is coming to closed beta very soon but has yet to go live in any region yet. Fans were expecting something to pop up following the launch of patch 0.49 earlier this week. But Riot Games has been clear that they will not release Valorant Ranked until everything is to their liking. And that means waiting a little longer if you currently have access to the Valorant closed beta WHEN IS THE VALORANT RANKED RELEASE DATE? The Valorant Ranked release date has not been confirmed by Riot Games, although it appears it could still happen this week, perhaps on May 1, 2020. A new hotfix is currently being deployed and will be available to everyone to download by May 1, 2020. So it seems that could be the next viable slot for the Valorant ranked release date on PC. A message from Riot Games on April 29 explains: “For those asking for ranked to be turned on - not today, sorry. “We're evaluating on a day-by-day basis based on server stability and competitive integrity of the queues (e.g. no uncounterable exploits). Today is not that day. Will let you know tomorrow.
